El día amaneció fresco, perfecto para hacer un buen asadito para la familia nuevamente. El fuego es algo que le encanta hacer no solo a mí sino a mis padres. Los dos se pelean por iniciar la fogata, así que yo soy como un árbitro entre ellos y les doy un poco de lugar a cada uno para que colaboren.
The day dawned fresh, perfect to make a good barbecue for the family again. Fire is something that not only me but my parents love to do. They both fight to start the bonfire, so I am like a referee between them and give each of them a little space to collaborate.
A veces cuando me voy un rato al interior de la casa, más precisamente a la cocina para preparar la carne y demás platos, cuando vuelvo me doy cuenta de que ambos metieron no sé qué cosas adentro del tambor que hicieron que el fuego en vez de comenzar a apaciguarse, todo lo contrario, se volvió mucho más extremo. 😁
Continuamente tengo que andar controlando si meten algo extra o si me hacen caso a lo que les pido. La verdad es que mis padres son como niños, tienes que estar detrás de ellos todo el tiempo. 😅
Sometimes when I go inside the house for a while, more precisely to the kitchen to prepare the meat and other dishes, when I return I realize that they both put I don't know what things inside the drum that made the fire, instead of starting to subside, on the contrary, it became much more extreme. 😁

Aun así, el asadito salió riquísimo. Quizás demasiado fuego, pero lo importante es que ambos se sintieron útiles.
Una manera de alargar la vida de nuestros padres es hacerlos sentir que son necesarios, útiles y que los necesitas. Ellos se comportan de otra manera y son muy felices cuando son consultados y hacerlos parte de una actividad.
