During my Africa Safari Tours there were many animals that I admired but the one animal that I admired mostly was the Lion Kings of Africa they were seen in many ranges of habitats from the grasslands to the deserts from southern Africa, northern Africa, to mountainous environments on Mt. Kenya, to the rainforests of west and central Africa. These large powerfully built carnivores hunters are built for bursts of power rather than long chases they can get up to 80 km/h in short sprint attacks on there prey.

The equipment used was all Nikon. Early shots with a D70, later shots with 2 x D3 bodies.
