It was not a normal day at all, it was full of beautiful experiences and learning.

But it was not just one day but several days, last week there were many activities in commemoration of International Women's Day, although they were from different areas, I believe that all these events sought to open spaces for women.

There were motivational talks, debates, fairs and other activities where apart from celebrating ourselves, we met more women who were achieving great things in their respective fields of work.

But these events were not only face-to-face but also virtual, so that more women could connect and not only nationally but also internationally. I loved that so many diverse spaces were opened because it allowed more women (perhaps much more than other years) to feel good and celebrate their day.

Some say that this day is not to celebrate, but I think it is, it is a moment to thank what other women did for us (historically) but also to celebrate all that we are achieving professionally and personally.

Personally I was able to participate in virtual spaces where several outstanding women of the web3 ecosystem were invited, what I like is that each one tells her life story and continues to show us the great things we can create if we educate ourselves, prepare ourselves, but above all we support each other as women.

By participating in several web3 communities I could realize that there is a lot of support among the members, it is really a great space to learn and teach, but also to meet great people and projects.

This surprised me even more when I started to receive several gifts and messages from all these communities and people, as I said in my post in X, I really felt that affection from several parts of the world.

I don't know if you know, but in the web3 world, for special events or days they usually share a digital badge called POAP, you could say it's like an image that commemorates a special day like for example 8M. I love to collect these badges and also make them, and this date was no exception.

Here I show you the detail I made to share it with several friends and women I love and admire, but I did not expect to receive that or more love that I had sent to all of them.

So I received these beautiful gifts, each one with a unique and special touch, not only the image they made but also the beautiful message that accompanied them.

I also received several messages from friends, making this day the best of all.

VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

Un 8M muy especial

No fue un día normal para nada, estuvo lleno de lindas experiencias y aprendizajes.

Pero no solo fue un día sino varios días, la semana pasada hubo muchas actividades en conmemoración al día internacional de la mujer, si bien eran de distintas áreas creo que todos esos eventos buscaban abrir espacios para las mujeres.

Había charlas motivadoras, debates, ferias y otras actividades donde aparte de celebrarnos, conocíamos a más mujeres que estaban logrando grandes cosas desde sus respectivos campos de trabajo.

Pero estos eventos no solo fueron presenciales sino también virtuales, para que más mujeres pudieran conectarse y no solo a nivel nacional sino también a nivel internacional. Me encantó que se abran tantos espacios diversos porque permitió que más mujeres (quizá mucho más que otros años) se sientan bien y celebren su día.

Algunos dicen que este día no es para celebrar, pero yo creo que sí, es un momento para agradecer lo que otras mujeres hicieron por nosotras (históricamente) pero también celebrar todo lo que estamos logrando de manera profesional y personal.

Personalmente yo pude participar de espacios virtuales donde se invitaron a varias mujeres destacadas del ecosistema web3, lo que me gusta es que cada una cuenta su historia de vida y nos sigue demostrando las grandes cosas que podemos crear si nos educamos, nos preparamos, pero sobre todo nos apoyamos como mujeres.

Al participar de varias comunidades web3 pude darme cuenta que hay mucho apoyo entre los miembros, es realmente un gran espacio para aprender y enseñar, pero también para conocer a grandes personas y proyectos.

Esto me sorprendió aún más cuando empecé a recibir varios regalos y mensajes de todas estas comunidades y personas, como lo dije en mi post en X, realmente sentí ese cariño desde varias partes del mundo.

No sé si ustedes conozcan, pero en el mundo web3, por eventos o días especiales se suele compartir una insignia digital llamada POAP, se podría decir que es como una imagen que conmemora un día especial como por ejemplo el 8M. A mi me encanta coleccionar estas insignias y también realizarlas, y esta fecha no fue la excepción.

Aquí les muestro el detalle que hice para compartirlo con varias amigas y mujeres que quiero y admiro, pero no esperaba a su vez recibir ese o más cariño que había enviado a todas.

Es así que recibí estos lindos presentes, cada uno con un toque único y especial no solo la imagen que realizaron sino también el bonito mensaje que los acompañaba.

También recibí varios mensajes de amigos y amigas, haciendo que este día sea el mejor de todos.
