Regenerating garden soil || Regenerando el suelo del jardín

I don't know if you ever thought for a moment that **Everything grows on the soil**. In my opinion, this depends on many factors, including the soil and how fertile it is. However, the **soil** can be replaced by a **substrate**. ...And so we have **hydroponics, aeroponics**, among others. --------------- -----------------  During the cold season (winter), nutrients incorporated into the soil decompose slowly, making it difficult for plants to assimilate them. Ideally, plastic should be used (protected agriculture), but that would involve extra costs. The other option would be to add nutrients to the soil that can be absorbed by plants. And that's what I did. I'm nutritionally supplementing the soil with beneficial bacteria to bring it to life.   On the other hand, it's clear that we eat avocados at home, haha. With the humidity, they sprout and grow. The idea was to grow them to an optimal size for grafting onto the rootstock, which did not germinate... So now they serve as fodder (food) for the guinea pigs.  I remember planting these peppers in April or May. Due to the cold season, they grew slowly. They recently started flowering. There, I thinned out the flowers, leaving only five per plant. This is to ensure that the fruit fills out and we have a harvest. I am also restoring this soil with beneficial bacterias.

No sé si les pasa que por un momento pensaron que **En el suelo, todo crece**. A mí parecer esto depende de varios factores, incluido el suelo y cuán fértil sea este. Aunque, el **suelo** puede ser reemplazado por un **sustrato**. ...Y así tenemos a la **hidroponía, aeroponía**, entre otros.  En temporada fría (invierno), los nutrientes incorporados en el suelo tienen una descomposición lenta, dificultando su asimilación por las plantas. Lo ideal sería ponerle plástico (Agricultura protegida), pero eso incluiría costos extra. La otra opción sería incorporar al suelo con nutrientes asimilables por las plantas. Y eso hice, estoy nutriendo al suelo con un complemento de bacterias benéficas, para darle vida al suelo.   Por otro lado, se nota que en casa consumimos palta, jaja. Estas con la humedad germinan y van creciendo. La idea era que crezca hasta obtener un tamaño óptimo para injertarlo con el patrón (porta injerto), el cual no germinó...Por eso, ahora sirven como forraje (alimento) para los cuyes.  Recuerdo que estos pimientos los sembré por abril o mayo. Debido a la temporada de frío crecieron lento. Hace poco entraron en floración. Allí hice el desbotonado (eliminado de flores) para quedarme solo con 5 flores por planta. Esto es para asegurar el llenado del fruto y tener cosecha. Este suelo también lo estoy recuperando con las bacterias benéficas.
