Last post of the year, let's end with something that's good for both body and mind.
Here we go again. Fly yoga! This time we tried the Flying Warrior, Suspended Backbend, Aerial Pike, Aerial Lounge, Cocoon or Aerial Savasana, Aerial Handstand, Aerial Split, and Aerial Bound Angle Pose or Butterfly Pose.
Why Fly yoga? Fly yoga is a special kind of yoga. It uses a hammock hanging from the ceiling. This yoga is good for your whole body. It makes muscles strong and helps you to stretch better. When you do yoga in the air, your back feels good because it gives space to your spine. It also makes your mind calm and happy. Fly yoga is good for balance and learning how to move your body better. It is fun and not that hard for beginners. Healthy and happy :)
