Hi all! It's my Birthday and I just wanted to feel like home so I went for Thai food right here in Santiago, Chile. I had never imagined myself eat or liked Thai food / Asian food in South America. It's a long way from Asia so I have a small hope. Though, I found a really good Thai food here in Santiago, Chile surprisingly. Thai-Isan restaurant in Yungay. Close to Plaza Yungay, Plaza Brazil and 20 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. All the staffs are Thai and it's a Thai family-run business in Chile.
I order Pad Thai, Green Curry, Stir-fried seafood with basil. Pad Thai was ok but other than that, they are very delicious! I got some freebies for my birthday also. That was kind of them!
If you crave some good Thai food or Asian food/restaurants in Santiago Chile this is a place to be. Great Thai food, good service and not that expensive.
