After our cup of coffee, @xvlad and I headed into the large public park nearby our airbnb. Vlad picked this location because he knew there was a sick skatepark in it. He didn't tell me this, until we got there of course.
We kept walking and saw there was a big building in the distance with an extensive awning that might have dry ground.
We ended up finding a little session of kids skating flatground under the awning. The building was a contemporary art museum, of the the finest in Sao Paulo but it was currently not open. We met a 45 year old skater who is also a professional fine artist like me and he offered to talk to his gallery to have me come paint and make art in Sao Paulo.
We skated this flatground spot and played a couple games of skate. Vlad won the game of skate, but not by much haha! I think it was a close game.
Drenched in sweat after about 45 minutes, we noticed that it was starting to dry up.
The kids were getting stoked on us and they followed us back to the park.
The park was still pretty wet when we arrived, with puddles but mostly dry. There was a large plastic sign that was sitting on the ground, so i used it to squeegee off the puddles and spread out the water so it dried faster.
I liked vlad's nollie backside flip:
Super Fun park, and we met an older guy here who offered to film us the whole time! it was epic. he was a pretty good filmer too, but how cool is that? the dude didn't even skate very much but he did get a clip in the video. he backside 180ed the hip
Vlad blasted ollies off the hip and i got away with one that looked decent.
we skated here for probably over 3 hours: Here is the edit from the session.

We headed back towards home and stopped somewhere to eat. We were going to meet up with an old friend of vlad's, Ranado, who i would later find out, i knew from discord years ago.
We powered up with some good food before calling the uber to transport us to Ranado's mansion in a gated community.

brazilian food ALWAYS delivers on being satisfying and I even found some high quality Creatine at the shop next door.
We arrived at Ranados beautiful house with a pool and I only have this photo of his house:
We had dinner (again) which was ny style pizza and dessert which was an award winning chocolate Egg.
I think the reason this egg was so good is because the tiny fragments of peanuts were each coated in a kind of glazed sugar.
We hung out with Ranado and his GF in their studio lab. they create tv commercials using AI. They showed us their process of how they create the work and it was VERY interesting! Another strange thing to mention, is that Jereme Rogers "liked" that photo of me sitting on the ground, that vlad shared, on his instagram. Vlad didn't know that Jereme Rogers followed him. I'm still about a week behind on publishing content from the skatehive tour, so stay tuned for more!
