Hoy me antojé de un jugo con una buena combinación que le da un sabor cítrico, suave bien potente, así que compre una lechosa y ya tenia fresa congelada. La papaya contiene vitaminas, fibras, minerales y antioxidantes considerada la fruta saludable que mejora la digestión, por otro lado la fresa posee vitamina C y antioxidantes que protegen contra el envejecimiento celular y enfermedades cardiovasculares. Aquí mi receta.

1.- Primero corté la papaya en cuadros pequeños extrajé las semillas, luego en una licuadora agregué el agua y la papaya.
