Welcome to my Blog
Hello, dear friends, Happy Friday. Today, August 15th, I feel happy and grateful to God because a year ago I went through a difficult time.
I had my first surgery after being diagnosed with fibroids. Everything went very well with my hysterectomy, and how quickly a year has passed since that day. My recovery was also quick and successful, as I had no problems. I always went to medical appointments because, even though I felt fine, everything had to be monitored in case of complications, such as hernias, infections, or worse, prolapse.
The first three months are crucial, and we must maintain rest. In terms of not causing any disruption by exercising weight, and with nutrition, the doctor also prescribed me some vitamins and magnesium citrate, and well, just by complying with the treatment, everything stayed well.
What I can say about this whole experience is to stay calm, be patient, and take it with a lot of optimism, trusting in our Creator, my God. Because everything happens so quickly, the most important thing is to take care of our health. When these abnormalities occur in our bodies, a hysterectomy is the solution, because it helps us improve and move forward. So today I celebrate my health, and with good friends I toast to life. Until next time, adventurers.
