**Manifestar** es atraer lo que deseas en tu vida, trabajo, relación amorosa, bienes materiales, circunstancias, personas, entre otras, mediante tus pensamientos, emociones y sentimientos. La manera en como manifestamos objetivos claros, se llama también ley de atracción, afirmaciones repetitivas y visualizaciones nos permite alcanzar nuestros propósitos con el poder de la manifestación.
> **Manifesting** is attracting what you want in your life, work, romantic relationships, material possessions, circumstances, people, among other things, through your thoughts, emotions, and feelings. The way we manifest clear goals is also called the law of attraction. Repetitive affirmations and visualizations allow us to achieve our goals with the power of manifestation.
Hace tiempo me regalaron un libro que me gusto mucho llamado "El secreto" de Rhonda Byrne, en donde decia que tus pensamientos tienen poder y todo lo que piensas, asi no te guste lo atraes a tu vida, por eso hay que tener cuidado con esos malos pensamientos, además de muchos testimonios de personas que hasta superaron enfermedades y el poder de la gratitud, nos permite obtener una vida en armonía.
>Some time ago, I was given a book that I really liked called The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, which said that your thoughts have power and that everything you think, even if you don't like it, attracts it into your life. No es solo cerrar los ojos y pedir, para que todo se te haga realidad, sino querer y sentirlo, pues somos creadores y tenemos ese poder innato, ya que poseemos esa conexión divina, entonces podemos alcanzar nuestras metas a través de la manifestación, existen muchas técnicas que nos puede ayudar y podemos aprender a manifestar.

Conocí de esta ley de manifestación, cuando me regalaron este libro de el Secreto hace años, y lo puse en práctica, en ese tiempo queria un carro, para trasladarme a mi trabajo que era bastante alejado, recuerdo que era navidad y lo escribí en mi lista de deseos tal cual color y marca y comencé a visualizarlo, ya sentía que era un hecho sentia esa emoción, al cabo de pocos meses salí sorteada en un sistema de ahorro donde me habia metido, pues en ese entonces era bastante complicado obtener un carro a créditos en mi pais, y me entregaron mi carro rojo como lo veia en mis pensamientos, desde allí supe que esta ley del universo es real.

Considero que para poner en práctica la ley de manifestación, hay que hacer una instropección de lo que realmente deseamos, tener esos objetivos con claridad, visualizar y sentirnos en bienestar y abundante de corazón, pues los sentimientos y emociones son energias, sentirnos en paz, seguros y con fe de que esos deseos que dejas en manos del universo se haran realidad en su momento.
