For this occasion, I'm showing this series of photos where the subject is primarily nature, but with a visual technical characteristic, where the contrast is more desaturated. Of course, the color that is characterized as more vital in these natural lenses loses a bit of that living totality, thus creating a look, so to speak, a little more dead, but which, as I see it, is also undoubtedly beautiful. The definition of that same desaturated contrast is harmony and beauty in its forms. For example, the first image is a leaf that naturally appears to have an intense green hue, but with this contrast, it loses a bit of color but at the same time has more texture within it.
Anyway, this is a test, or so to speak, an exercise I do to compose images differently, with camera settings where the contrast is much higher than normal and, on the other hand, I lowered the saturation, thus obtaining these results applied to natural subjects.
All photographs are my own.
