I hope you are all feeling well and full of energy. Today I want to share with you some pictures of my day 3 of Front Lever, a goal that I have set out to achieve completely. The truth is that I am very excited with the progress I have had in this process. Today I decided to do a short routine, as I wanted to enjoy some free time after several days of intense training. Today's routine was pretty simple, but effective. I started with a Front Advance press, doing 5 reps, followed by 5 reps of Front Pull Ups. Then, I focused on holding as long as possible in the Front position, which was a great challenge. To finish, I performed Front in touch and, again, Front Advance with maximum hold. I did all these exercises in 3 sets, really feeling how my muscles activated and responded to the workout. I performed this routine at my good friend @ashura's house, and the truth is that I loved sharing this moment with him.
