Today I want to share with you some pictures I took during a very special training session. Today I decided to practice the handstand, or as we calisthenics call it, the "pino". This time, I wanted to explore several variations of this movement and improve my posture. The handstand is not only an awesome exercise, but it is also fundamental to strengthen the full plancha. When one manages to master the pino, one can start doing push-ups in pino, which helps work the shoulders and improves performance in the full plancha. Although on this occasion I managed to hold only 40 seconds, I am convinced that with dedication and practice, I will be able to increase that time little by little. For those who are interested in starting with this static movement, I recommend that you start by leaning against the wall. That's how I started, and since then, calisthenics has become one of my passions. Every day is a new opportunity to improve and better yourself.
