Last week I visited for a few days Caracas which is the capital of my country, I took the opportunity to roll the skateparks that I could get, there were 4 that I could roll: Parque Extremo Daniel Dhers (for BMX and skate), Skatepark del Parque del Este, Skatepark Dos Caminos, Skatepark de Parque del Oeste (this is the last Skatepark they have done in the capital).
This park was made by Daniel Dhers who is a BMX rider born in Venezuela and winner of many awards including 5 gold medals in the X-Games and silver medal in the Tokyo Olympics in 2020, which was the first year that BMX was incorporated as a sport in the Olympics.
This skatepark was one of the first to be built in Caracas, it's iconic! The most incredible thing is that at the inauguration was present doing a Demo Mike Vallely 🛹💯🇺🇸.
It was a pleasure to ride at this skatepark because of its history and how iconic it is among skaters in my country.
This skatepark is the newest skatepark they have built in Caracas, it was built with recycled materials combining sport and sustainability, it is a "street" type skatepark, it is much bigger like 2000mtrs but I only recorded this trick in this skatepark.
.I feel like I took advantage of my visit, I was able to visit new skateparks for me, sometimes it's good to vary a bit and shoot new and good spots, the truth was amazing I hope to visit again soon to be able to document more my visit and share it with you!
