Healthy Oatmeal Crepes
Step 1: Add oatmeal to a Cinare blender cup.
Step 2: Blend the oatmeal into flour using the Cinare blender. (Alternatively, store-bought oat flour can be used).
Step 3: Add a pinch of salt to the blender cup.
Step 4: Add sugar to the blender cup.
Step 5: Add two eggs to the blender cup.
Step 6: Add milk or water to the blender cup.
Step 7: Blend all ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
Step 8: Heat a pan on a stovetop.
Step 9: Pour approximately 1/4 of the batter into the hot pan.
Step 10: Spread the batter evenly within the pan to create a thin crepe.
Step 11: Cook for 1 minute.
Step 12: Flip the crepe.
Step 13: Cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Step 14: Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate. Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
