Instructions

1- Prepare the Batter:
- Add 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup water, 2 medium eggs, and 1/4 cup sugar into the NutriBullet Rx blender. - Add a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. - Add 1 cup of flour to the blender. - Blend the mixture until it forms a smooth, thin batter.

2- Preheat the Pan:
- Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan with oil or butter using a cloth to ensure an even, thin layer. - Heat the pan over medium heat.

3- Cook the Crepes:
- Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan. - Immediately swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly for a thin layer. - Cook the crepe until the edges start to crisp, bubbles form on the surface, and the underside is golden brown (about 30-60 seconds). - Flip the crepe using the spatula and cook until the other side is golden brown (approximately 30-60 seconds).

4- Serve:
- Fold the cooked crepe in half, then fold it again to form a rectangle. - Place the folded crepe on a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
