Logo Update
With some hours of work, our team member for design - the well-known @louis88 spent some hours with @detlev to work on the way better-looking logo and here you see the results.
Therefore, the payout of this post is for him.
There will be soon a post with many pictures and elements you can freely use for your artwork, as we will open-source all these @worldmappin assets to the community who is supporting this project. Expect some PNG, transparent pictures but as well all the SVG vector formats to scale the logo to any size.
First of all, we went the way
from thick and to clean
What looks so easy took quite a while as all the picture was created in vectors in Adobe Illustrator from scratch. Means doing circles and the dots and the Pin. But this work will pay out in the long run, as we can use such a vector-based logo in any size.

What is Worldmappin?
Worldmappin is a map where any blogger on Hive can pin his posts, which is currently used by almost all travel bloggers on Hive.
@Worldmappin is the re-birth of @Pinmapple, which was stopped by the former management by the end of May / mid-June 2024. We agreed with the former management to take over the project with a mainly new and partly old team.
