🥇 Cacela Velha Village - Algarve / Riding Portugal by @onyfest

It's true, I visited Cacela Velha again, this hidden gem in the south of Portugal. When I got there, I was thrilled by the promises of sea, light and history, and I felt a sweet excitement, as if I were a child about to discover a treasure. In this case, it was me and my daughter who shared the same excitement :) Cacela Velha is one of the smallest and best preserved villages in the Algarve, and its beach is one of the best and most beautiful in the world, and I don't say that lightly. The charming village is located on a small hill in front of the beach, which was a long peninsula until 2010, when a sandbar was opened and part of the sand became an island. As soon as I arrived, I felt that I had arrived at a place that reflects that delicate balance between human presence and intact landscape. The light, the open view over the sea, the whitewashed houses, everything reminded me that the world can be simple, beautiful and harmonious without being dramatic.

🥈 Exploring Fjords, Waterfalls, and Farms in Aurland, Norway by @dtam

After taking one of the world's most scenic train rides to Flam, we kept traveling farther along the shores of Norway's famous fjord lands. We drove past waterfalls and viking rowboats, past the factory where the penny-loafer shoe was invented, into a little valley village called Aurland. Here is where we found our little boutique farm hotel called Aurland 29/2. The stand alone one bedroom suites were surrounded by a big vegetable garden, wood fired hot tubs, beautiful flowers, and horse fields. On one side a famous fly-fishing river flowed by, while sheer cliffs towered over us on the other side.

🥉 We visited the "Aguas Libres Aqueduct"🚩 / Visitamos el "Acueducto Aguas Libres"📸 (En-Es) by @biologistbrito

Good morning, friends! Thanks for visiting my blog. Today I'm bringing you a really interesting post I spent the weekend preparing. For it, we visited the Museo das Aguas, where you can buy a ticket to enter the Aguas Livres aqueduct. This architectural work, listed as a cultural and historical heritage site, encompasses several stories, one of which will take your breath away. We'll explain a bit about its history and all the events surrounding Lisbon's main waterway.🚩🌄
