๐ฅ #SummerInJapan: Day Trip To The Shores Of Enoshima by @wittyzell
A month before, we were searching far and wide a summer-y thing to do this August. On our list was going to a river (called kawa asobi in Japanese which literally means play in the river) to have a BBQ and to also dip in the cold waters. Swimming in the sea was also an option but in the end, we decided to just have BBQ by the beach since not many of us plan to swim, even though I told my friends they could bring towels and a change of clothes in case they would get into the water.

๐ฅ Golden hour at Shibata-jล ๆฐ็บ็ฐๅ ๐น๐ฃ๐ Wonderful Japan by @maxinpower
Some time ago, an autumn trip took us far out of the city and into nature, where we were able to enjoy the charm of this late season. ๐ฅ Kayaking Thru Sea Caves at Unga Island, Alaska by @dtam
Today was one of our best days of the entire ten day expedition cruise here in Alaska. We visited one of the Shumagin Islands, called Unga Island, and explored by kayak and on land. We were greeted with early morning fog, so intense that we couldn't see the land on either side of the small bay. Luckily the fog started to lift just as we started launching our kayak group from the back of the Safari Explorer. The water was calm as glass, with no wind and no swell. Perfect for exploring all the nooks and crannies of the shoreline. And the shoreline here is about as wild as it gets.
