🥇 Share Our World: England Trip: St. Micheal's Mount by @sjarvie5

This summer I went to England! Last week I posted about Kew Gardens. In the comments @arisca91 mentioned a "garden castle" so today I thought I would blog about the one castle I saw! St. Michael's Mount is a castle on an island in Cornwall, close to Penzance, England. In 1067, the monastery of Mont-Saint-Michel gave its support to William the Conqueror in his claim to the English throne. This he rewarded with properties and grounds on the English side of the Channel, including a small island off the southwestern coast of Cornwall which was modelled after Mont-Saint-Michel and became a Norman priory named St Michael's Mount of Penzance.

🥈 The ultimate adventure (Montalegre Castle video-drone) (En-Pt)🚙🏰🚩 by @biologistbrito

As I promised my friends, I'm bringing you the second part of my experience in Montalegre, a town that had been inhabited since the Iron Age and was later inhabited by many civilizations, including the Romans. Today I've prepared a video focusing only on the castle, which was what we missed describing, and of course, even better than seeing it from above, more than 80 meters high, with my drone. I hope you enjoy the video and the photos.🏰🚙

🥉 Pilar Beach: A hidden paradise between Dunes [Eng][Esp] by @ceperomorales99

Good morning to all the members of this beautiful community. Today I come with my first post in this great community of travelers. I hope you like this first of many adventures. I present a place full of peace, tranquility and history: Pilar Beach. The beach where the buccaneers anchored their ships in search of refuge and that later was inspiration for the famous writer Ernest Hemingway in works such as "Islands in the Gulf" and "The Old Man and the Sea".
