Historical monuments and buildings dating for centuries are not a new thing for Venice and Italy in general, as it's rather weird to observe a modern building instead of these. But the thing that there were, literally, no names or indications written anywhere except for the warning signs mentioning that there is a high risk of seeing everything collapse, made the whole journey even more interesting and mysterious.

🥈 Ananda Temple – The Most Beautiful Temple in Bagan, Myanmar by @isdarmady
There's a myth surrounding the temple before me. It's say to have been copied from a legendary temple in the Himalayas by a king who was deeply impressed by its beautiful architecture. Eight monks from India showed him the legendary temple, and he immediately had it replicated in Burma, specifically in the city of Old Bagan.

Sometimes the best trips are those where you're not looking for anything in particular. We just follow the path and watch life unfold around us. That's exactly how I arrived in Cinfães, in northern Portugal. A place where people still know each other by name, where there are no large restaurants or crowds, but where simply sitting on a terrace is an experience in itself.
