Yesterday (on 2025.09.27) I achieved 227 days streak with Duolingo.
Today 228 days.
I am learning Spanish as a Hungarian.
My Duolingo statistics of this week: 986 Points - 272% more, compared to the previous week. 70 Minutes - 84% more, compared to the previous week. 17 Lessons - 112% more, compared to the previous week.
This week I spent around 10 minutes per day with learning Spanish with Duolingo.
In the previous week, I spent much less time with it.
Maybe around three minutes per day, or even less.
But I still spent some time with it every day.
Even if only a few minutes per day.
I still understand very little Spanish. Mostly very simple sentences.
And in the actual spoken language (in practice, in real life situations), rather only parts of the sentences.
This is not surprising.
It took me many years to learn English in a level, in which I can understand the every day spoken language.
And Spanish is much harder for me than English.
Or at least currently it feels this way.
But of course I see/feel the progress, and I continue using Duolingo to learn Spanish as a Hungarian.
And I would gladly recommend Duolingo to everyone else too, who would like to learn another language.
Duolingo is certainly good to learn at least the basics of a language.
