Keep it to yourself

Not everyone needs to know about your vacation. Definitely not everyone needs to know what you've changed in your diet, or if you've changed your workout routine at the gym. Very few people need to know about your next move. Your romantic relationships should be for you and your partner to talk about and experience. They shouldn't be something you show off to your friends or family. Your health, if it's not perfect, isn't something you should share if something is bothering you... Your personal plans should really be personal. There is no need to talk about them with others. Some things grow much better and stronger if they are kept quiet and calm. Peace should be sought, and it is so sacred that it should not be used for conversation in a group chat. If you share too much about yourself, what will happen is that noise will inevitably find a way to get into those shares. Many opinions will be heard, by you and by many others, the projections that some will make about you, or comparisons with what they themselves think would be best for you, or what they would do if they were in your place... And a lot of energy is wasted this way. All of these are external factors, which, although they may be taken into account and be very valuable, can in fact affect our own growth. Often, when we want to share a lot of our lives, it can mean that we don't feel like we are part of it. And we look to others to find some meaning in what we are experiencing. In a society where everything, or almost everything, can be shared on social media, where there is an intense need to get approval for our thoughts and actions from the outside world, we leave out a feeling, or the pleasure of feeling what we are experiencing. Not sharing everything does not mean that you are hiding it from your friends or acquaintances. You are simply protecting yourself. Not all seasons should be displayed. Remember that the foundations of buildings, even the lowest and humblest ones, are not visible to everyone. Their importance means that they are laid several meters below ground, to support the entire weight of the structure that rises above them. Bad weather is only felt by those who are unprotected. Make your life, your feelings, and your ideas your temple. Protect them from outside noise, because once they are shared, they will never be yours alone again. ![separador.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/xrayman/23swppYGLECw991bW1wsSTEwnV8YKgqPHaiAdDJioriDcMJR4GymNLH1VbQ98ykpBYkob.png) Free image from [Pixabay.com](https://pixabay.com/) ![XRayMan.gif](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/xrayman/23tSNKgT6Zssji2twDxLZSeSESs2q8pnNUYQuFe7gqFkFFT3rrjE8pcMnXVcFpd87PxJY.gif)
