A Day at the Kapiti Coast. Monomad Challenge

It is summer time in Aotearoa NZ, though sometimes it can be hard to tell. Wellington region tends to be in perpetual autumn. With temps ranging fro 11 to 21 degrees, it never gets really hot or cold. Truthfully, i love it. It adds to the sort of timeless dreaminess of the place. Being an island nation roughly the size of the UK but with a population of just around 5 million means there is a lot of beach for everyone. Even this one at Queen Elizabeth park is a popular destination but the huge beach often feels like you have it to yourself. I do love it so. Arohanui no Aotearoa! #monomad
