Gods and Monsters Persephone

Here's another from my Gods and Monsters series. Greek myths have always held a strong fascination with me. I know I learned about the myths in grade school and it really fired my love for fantasy and comics that still holds up many decades later. Stories of the underworld were particularly fascinating. I was intrigued by how people viewed life, death, and afterlife. Hades certainly wasn't a warm and fuzzy place in the Greek myths. The story of Persephone, the wife of Hades was particularly intriguing as it tied into the changing of the seasons. Here's my take on the queen of the underworld. Cheers!
