Zombie octopus was a rather unexpected request from the art direction of the Hyperborea TTRPG. However, I took it and ran with it. It was a lot of fun and I am very pleased with how it came out. This piece is from The Oblation Slab of the Hepatomancer, an adventure for Hyperborea. If you like Conan-eque swords & sorcery action with a twist of weird fantasy ala Clark Ashton Smith and a dash of cosmic horro ala H.P. Lovecraft, then I cannot recommend Northwind Adventures fantasy game Hyperborea highly enough. Jeff Talanian has done a fantastic job stewarding his vision and it really shines in all aspects.
