Eduardo came into the kitchen, and his wife and I took the opportunity to talk about many topics: hive, work, the various publications he's published, and the meaning hive has in our lives. Mariolis told me that she takes great care of her cups because she's had them for many years, and that she liked them for only 100 Cuban pesos. Indeed, the coffee my cousin makes is delicious. That's another of his charms. He makes good coffee, paints, sings, and lovingly cares for his son, Eduardito, who was at home. He's also a good nurse.
