Hola Comunidad!!! Hoy les traigo mi opinión a cerca de un libro que estuve leyendo esta semana "Un Lugar Feliz", por Emily Henry. Desde hace un tiempo estaba por leerlo pues fue ganador del premio Goodreads Choice Awards en la categoría Romance 2023, lo que refleja el gran impacto emocional que generó esta novela en muchos lectores, pues este premio no lo otorga ningún jurado sino aquellos quienes lo leen.

Opinión Personal
Este libro me hizo pensar en aquellos lugares que alguna vez me hicieron feliz. En cómo a veces queremos volver a ellos buscando respuestas, aunque sabemos que ya no sera lo mismo. Me recordó que sanar no siempre es volver atras, sino aceptar que el amor también puede transformarse en memorias.
Algo que me gusto mucho del libro fue la sinceridad de Wyn al admitir que su felicidad estaba en otro lugar lejos de Harriet, aunque eso no significara que su amor por ella no siguiera intacto.
Además me gusta como la amistad es un eslabón importante en la historia, como una red de contención cuando las cosas no adan bien y todo se desmorona.
Debo confesar que a mitad de la historia la lectura se me hizo un poco lenta, pero quizás esa lentitud era necesaria para llegar a ese hermoso final y entender mejor la historia.

Personal Opinion
This book made me think about those places that once made me happy. About how sometimes we want to return to them in search of answers, even though we know it won't be the same. It reminded me that healing isn't always about going back, but about accepting that love can also be transformed into memories.
Something I really liked about the book was Wyn's sincerity in admitting that his happiness was elsewhere, far from Harriet, even though that didn't mean his love for her was no longer intact.
I also like how friendship is an important link in the story, like a safety net when things go wrong and everything falls apart.
I must confess that halfway through the story, the reading became a little slow for me, but perhaps that slowness was necessary to reach that beautiful ending and better understand the story.
