Hello @everyone, how are ya? It's me again @yannarose back at it again with another blog!!
Health is Wealth they said, it's true. Caring for the Wellness of our body is the best investment we could give and yes here I am caring for my wellness. Today I'm gonna be sharing to you my journey on my new found hobby, walking for almost 10 km.
Before I officially start this blog, I would love to welcome you to my little corner of the Internet where I share my stories, aspirations, realizations, my everyday life, experiences and many more.
Caring for my wellness is something that I planned like long ago but I always end up cancelling it because of lazyness. I'm not proud of it! Recently, I have noticed that I've lived unhealthily and my body somehow became more weaker, I also got a check up and my doctor also said that my body is experiencing many complications so I came to a plan of exercising.
Since I am bad at sports, walking is the closest exercise that suits me, by this fact I came to an idea on having a walk for atleast an hour or two hours. My friends gladly joined me since they are the ones who convinced me on doing an exercise.
At the first 30 minutes I was really excited and hyped up, maybe because I have a lot company while hiking. Is it just me but walking and talking with your friends are the best, weirdly you can't feel pain nor exhaustion when your occupied on having a conversation with someone.
Aftet an hour my body started to feel tiredness and numbing of feet, but by the motivation of keeping myself fit and healthy I continued, we perhaps continued to our journey which is the best decision we've made. Though we felt like giving up already and just ride a vehicle so that we can go home we didn't let our lazyness overvome us.
The view of the places while we're walking is one of the highlight for me from the green sceneries, the of view of the city where vehicles passes and people passing us to the beautiful view of the sunset, it was the best.
We walked in total of almost 10 km in 3-4 hours of walking. It was really exhausting but also fulfilling. The sense of fulfillment that we felt aftet walking for that long, it's long for us because of the fact that we are just a bigginer, is just so satisfying. It was an amazing achievement for me and my friends.
We came accross different views, we even witnessed the sunset and man it's my favourite time of the day!!
Experiencing all of that, though for some it's just a little achievement or we are just overreacting that thoughts didn't bother us, we're happy that we accomplished that and we experienced that.
"Health is Wealth, truly it is right. The only Wealth that will stay to you forever is your health. Money can never health it's us that will take care of it, infact health can take your money. Use you body wisely choose to be healthy. Remeber, that everything we ate doing today has consequences in the future it's either good or bad. God gave us the sense of determining which is right and wrong so use that gift wisely."
