Se celebra cada 29 de septiembre, con el objetivo de crear cierta conciencia de cuán importante es, lo fundamental y necesario que es para uno poder seguir viviendo, ya que el perder un brazo, una pierna, hasta un riñón, pensamos que es el fin de nuestras vidas, pero realmente a pesar de que si es triste y lamentable perder alguno de ellos, hay la forma de continuar viviendo, pero sin el corazón es imposible, ya que se encarga de bombear nuestra sangre y permitir que otros órganos sigan funcionando, es el que nos da la oportunidad de seguir respirando y estando en este mundo.
Así mismo, para entrar en conciencia sobre aquellas enfermedades cardiovasculares que se originan en el corazón, que es por si un efecto que es muy común en los seres humanos y que a veces por falta de precaución y seguimiento a diferentes síntomas que pueda presentarse y que indican que están haciendo daño a nuestro corazón, es por ahí en donde se genera una mayor cantidad de muertes por el mismo, por lo que se declaró este día para incentivar a estar más activo y pendiente lo que nuestro corazón nos dice y si se siente algo extraño cerca de este busca la manera de evitarlo y cuidarse cada día, para tenerlo a un buen ritmo.
Leí una frase que decía “Un mundo, Un Hogar, Un Corazón” , lo cual me hizo entender que en el mundo todos y cada uno necesitamos un corazón sano y fuerte, para lograr nuestros sueños y para hacer algo mejor en ello, así como un hogar, cuando se decide tener uno para poder cumplir con estar a su lado, con llevar un camino juntos, es importante valorar y cuidarse, sobre todo el corazón, no es algo que se debe tomar a la ligera, una enfermedad que afecte el corazón no es algo sencillo de superar, sobre todo porque comienza a traer limitaciones y se vuelve una bomba de tiempo que en cualquier momento puede explotar, el corazón es nuestra base, sentir y guía para seguir nuestro ritmo, hay que siempre considerarlo, evitar estresarlo, hacerle daño con preocupaciones sin sentido, desgastarlo con malas cosas y entender que es fundamental mantenerlo sano, comiendo bien y saludable, haciendo ejercicios, llevando una vida tranquila y evitando a toda costa aquello que lo aflija.
