Recordar es vivir, y viendo esta foto recordé lo emotivo que fue ese día, fue el inicio para su bautizo, para recibir la bendición de Dios, en esa oportunidad comenzamos con la postura del agua, la cual se puede realizar en una casa con un padre o alguna persona que pertenezca a la iglesia y pueda bendecir el agua para podérsela poner al bebé, yo quería hacer igual como nos hicieron a mi hermana y a mí, primero ello y después su bautizo en la iglesia.
Como en esa época era aún pandemia se decidió hacer algo sencillo, en donde nos reuniéramos para bendecir a mi hijo y luego como algo todos juntos, recuerdo que cada uno quiso apoyar con lo que pudiera fuera salado, dulce o para tomar, una de sus madrinas le regalo la tortica para conmemorar su día, sus padrinos más jóvenes se encargaron de los dulces y el resto me apoyo con lo salado, fue un momento emotivo porque también se aprovechó de reunirse en familia, lo cual había sido difícil por lo que conllevaba la pandemia.
Claro también se había vuelto complicado porque no se podían reunir muchas personas o al menos no en un lapso tan largo, así que preferimos ser pocos y hacer algo conciso para no dejar pasar su día, dando inicio a lo que sería su pronto bautizo y su primer cumpleaños, ya que ambos quise aprovechar y celebrarlo el mismo día jeje, así también no tendría problema en recordar cuando fue bautizado, bueno sobre todo yo lo tuviera más presente y sería una doble fiesta, por entrar a la casa de Dios y por tener un año de vida.

To remember is to live, and seeing this picture I remembered how emotional that day was, it was the beginning for her baptism, to receive God's blessing, in that opportunity we started with the water posture, which can be done in a house with a parent or someone who belongs to the church and can bless the water to put it on the baby, I wanted to do the same as they did to my sister and me, first it and then her baptism in the church.
Since at that time it was still a pandemic, it was decided to do something simple, where we would get together to bless my son and then as something all together, I remember that everyone wanted to help with whatever they could, whether it was salty, sweet or to drink, one of his godmothers gave him the tortica to commemorate his day, his younger godparents were in charge of the sweets and the rest supported me with the salty, it was an emotional moment because it was also an opportunity to get together as a family, which had been difficult because of what the pandemic entailed.
Of course it had also become complicated because we could not gather many people or at least not in such a long period of time, so we preferred to be few and do something concise to not miss his day, starting what would soon be his baptism and his first birthday, as both wanted to take advantage and celebrate the same day hehe, so he would also have no problem to remember when he was baptized, well especially I had it more present and it would be a double celebration, for entering the house of God and for having a year of life.
