Hola queridos amigos de @humanitas, saludos y bendiciones, en esta oportunidad hablando de un tema que ciertamente nos trae dudas, si en el futuro estará más los trabajos enfocados puro en las máquinas o la habilidad humana seguras siendo el apoyo principal en ello, es muy bien sabido que la tecnología ha dado un paso adelante cada vez más grande y que la IA es usada en muchos ámbitos para agilizar las actividades laborales.
Por lo cual, en sentimiento de que en el futuro las máquinas como los robots puedan hacer los trabajos que actualmente la humanidad realiza, no se aleja del sentido que uno se imagina, sin embargo, las habilidades humanas no se pueden dejar a un lado como si su significa no fuera importante, al contrario, con el pasar del tiempo el humano ha podido crecer y aumentar su ingenio de tal manera que las actividades se han vuelto más proactivas y con la capacidad de resolver problemas que en el pasado parecía imposible.
Siendo de esta manera un avance para el ser humano, y aunque hoy en día las maquinas se han vuelto un sustento favorable, eficaz y con buenos resultados en el ámbito laboral, su desarrollo de igual manera requiere en cierto punto un cuidado incentivo para poder tener presente sus necesidades y poder continuar realizando sus actividades, por lo cual la mano humana requiere de su presencia y no abandono a ello, trabajar en conjunto resulta un futuro laboral más provechoso y con mejores resultados.
También porque la tecnología permite desarrollar y ejecutar eventos que ponen en peligro la vida de los trabajaros, por lo que resulta beneficio que estén a la par, para controlar eventos que perjudiquen el futuro de cada uno de los involucrados, de la misma manera un aporte más proactivo a ciertas actividades en el que el ser humano prefiere alejarse o no son capaces de realizar del todo, generando de esa manera nuevas oportunidades en el que la tecnología, la innovación y gestión humana participen juntos por un futuro más concreto.
La creatividad, adaptabilidad y aprendizaje en el que el ser humano va teniendo a medida que avance su trabajo en conjunto con el entorno que este tenga, aprovechando así todos los recursos, actualizando datos y colaborando en si con la tecnología para mejorar y ser más eficiente las actividades, cada una depende de la otra, no se puede elegir ni dejar a un paso a la otra, se requiere de ambas para lograr los objetivos, mantener un futuro de trabajo razonable, creativo, beneficioso y capaz de resolver cualquier circunstancia que se presente, es importante y necesario tenerlo en cuenta ya que el ser humano necesita las máquinas para avanzar en un futuro más complejo y competitivo y las máquinas necesitan del ser humano para desarrollar y concretar su funcionamiento correctamente.
