A few days ago with my grandmother I made this dessert. It is a cornstarch mixture covered with gelatin.
The truth is that it is quick and easy to prepare. In a bowl you heat milk and add the cornstarch dissolved in water that begins to thicken. You can use condensed milk or normal milk and sweeten it to taste.
Once thickened, pour it into the containers and let it cool. Then it is time to prepare the gelatin mixture that is poured over the cornstarch and refuses to refrigerate.
Then all that remains is to enjoy.
