Since I started in this new gym I feel that I have evolved a lot, however, I got sick and went back to bad eating habits and this made me gain more weight and it's hard for me to lose it.
But this week, after my excesses, I have proposed myself to be more constant, at least I aspire to train 5 days a week and from then on I hope to get back to constancy, I hope to achieve it and be able to fulfill all my activities.

Y asi iniciamos la semana Hola amigos, espero que esten muy bien, hoy inicio mi semana apegandome al plan de entrenar a medio dia, y digo a esta hora porque me permite dormír mas y es justo en ese momento cuando el gimnasio está mas vacío y eso me gusta. Y digo esto porque ya he entrenado en otros horarios y la verdad es que se pone lleno a pesar de que es bien grande, y esto me hace esperar y es algo que no me agrada porque me hace perder tiempo. Desde que comencé en este nuevo gym siento que he evolucionado bastante, sin embargo, me enfermé y volvi a los malos habitos alimentos y esto me hizo ganar más peso y me cuesta bajarlos. Pero esta semana, luego de mis excesos, me he propuesto a ser más constante, por lo menos aspiro entrenar los 5 dias de la semana y partir de ahi en retomar la constancia, espero lograrlo y poder cumplir con todas mis actividades.
