Hola amigos, feliz fin de semana para todos, sean bienvenidos a mi blog @yelimarin, hoy aprovecho de compartirles algo que me ha tenido agobiada estos días y han sido reparaciones internas que debo realizar en mi hogar y como cosa rara siempre cuando las debo hacer se unen todas y me encuentro limitada en varias formas, lo que me genera preocupación y estres.
Este mes comenzaron a dañarse muchas cosas relacionadas con botes de agua en mi apartamento, por suerte, vivo en planta baja y no perjudico a ningún vecino, sin embargo, tengo vecinos de arriba que si las tienen y eso me genera trabajo y molestias porque me toca vivir secando en mi apartamento por botes de agua de apartamentos de arriba que aun no han arreglado.
Inicialmente, dentro de mi apartamento comencé a tener problemas con la regadera, pues esta a pesar de no tener mucho tiempo, quedaba botando agua y esto ocurría todo el día, lo que ocasionaba que el agua se filtrara de mi baño y saliera por el comedor, donde justamente el desague de esa área estaba tapado, lo que ocasionaba que se acumulara el agua allí y por ende todo el apartamento vivía mojado.

En mi residencia la presion del agua es fuerte, así que hemos tenido que graduar la llave de paso interna para evitar que se rompan tuberías dentro del apartamento, esta presión al parecer fue la que me volvió a dañar el pomo de la ducha que hace poco compré y el agua sigue saliendo como antes, fui con la muestra a una ferreteria de mi ciudad donde venden estas llaves de buena calidad y no hay el mismo tipo de llave que la que yo necesito.
Por lo que por el tema de medidad no la pudo comprar en línea y es algo que aun no resuelvo, así que todo el día mi regadera queda botando agua, aunque poca, al ser todo el día, se pasa por mínimos espacios que hay entre la unión de las ceramicas y termina en el comedor como ya les conté. El primer paso para aliviar el trabajo de la secadera de agua mientras consigo la llave justa de la ducha es destapar el desague del comedor.
Intenté destaparlo yo misma, pero no lo logré, por el contrario hice un desastre peor de agua del que ya había. Este problema de los desagues tapados lo tengo en el comedor y en el baño hacia el ára del lavamanos, le pregunté a un vecino y me recomendó que en el caso del baño le metiera agua a presión y al rato la obstrucción que tenía saldría, hice lo que me recomendó y al igual que en el comedor el desastre de agua por todo el apartamento que llegó a los cuartos fue peor.

Creanme que el tema de los pisos mojados es algo que me desagrada, mi hijo y yo pasamos medio día sacando agua del apartamento, y en medio de tanta búsqueda encontré un fontanero quien vino al apartamento y con una guaya que llaman rabo de cochino logró destapar el desague del comedor, justo por donde tengo uno de los botes de agua de la regadera del baño, no se imaginan lo feliz que me sentí de solucionar eso.
El segundo paso fue destapar el desague del baño, el señor hizo el mismo procedimiento y más y aunque duró más de una hora metiendole agua, la guaya, el chupón, de ninguna manera logró destaparlo y yo estuve con el ahí ayudandolo en todo el proceso y no hubo manera de que se destapara, esto me dejó aflijida porque al momento de limpiar el baño lo tengo que hacer con coleto y siento que no queda igual que meterle la manguera y que el agua corra por el desague.
El señor me indicó que para ese tipo de obstrucciones más fuertes que asume se forman de la acumukación de cabello, se forma una especie de tapón que con el tiempo se sella de una forma que cuesta mucho sacarlo, sin embargo, la opción más recomendada es es uso de un químico que se llama soda caustica, esto se le echa al desague y poco a poco va rompiendo la obstrucción hasta que cede. Por lo que agendamos una visita dentro de dos semanas para que realice ese trabajo porque su agenda está bastante ocupada y no quedandome de otra pues me toca esperar.

Hoy les comparto un logro, dos desagues destapados, pero el trabajo continua, aun faltan dos más y una larga lista de pendientes que se acumulan, pero hay que hacerlos.
Este es un tema agobiante porque siento que de alguna forma cuando algo se daña nunca lo hace solo, siempre daña otra cosas y así sucesivamente y son cosas que tenemos que ir atacando porque al darle largas será tanto lo que tendremos que hacer que dificilmente lo terminaremos.
