Hola comunidad de Holos&Lotus. La #vida del ser #humano, como seres pensantes que somos, se vuelve muy complicada y nuestro cerebro es igual de complicado. Muchas veces nos ahogamos en un vaso de agua y hay personas que no logran salir jamás, es triste, pero si ustedes forman parte de esta comunidad, es porque desean salir adelante y desean encontrar herramientas con las que puedan llevar una #vida más placentera, conn sus caídas y sus alzas porque así es la vida, si todo fuera perfecto sería muy aburrido y no aprenderíamos nada. . . . Descubrí este espacio gracias a un #amigo y descubrí muchos escritos emotivos que seguramente han servido de ayuda a muchos lectores a resolver disturbios dentro de nosotros mismos. Quisiera contarles sobre mis experiencias en el trabajo para los niños desde el #teatro Guiñol de Santa Clara, desde la música y desde la vida. . . . . . . Trabajar para los niños es algo especial y complicado, porque tienen una #sinceridad sin filtros. Nunca pensé que encontraría en ellos la #medicina que estaba buscando. . . . Llegué al público infantil gracias a Lizandra Martín Martín y Leisy Diminguez, dos amigas actrices que aunque hoy no se encuentran en #Cuba y las extraño enormemente les agradeceré siempre el haberme mostrado las herramientas principales para llegar al corazón de los más pequeños de #casa, y por qué no, de toda la familia (mis amigas son las que verán en la foto debajo) . . . . Las primeras veces que decidí llegar a ese público me sentía ridícula y no fue hasta mucho tiempo después que supe que el teatro, la música o cualquier otro enfoque dirigido a ellos es sumamente especial y complicado, lleva preparación, estudio, ensayos y horas y horas de trabajo. . . .

De los niños se aprende su #lenguaje, sus motivos de #felicidad, qué les gusta y qué los aburre, las expresiones en sus rostros. Cuando un espectáculo no les gusta pues se levantan y se van, así de fácil. Por eso cuando se prepara un espectáculo para ellos hay que colocarse en su piel y tratar de sentir y pensar como ellos. Con una hora de espectáculos y de interacción puedes decifrar cómo viven, en qué circunstancias, su capacidad de razonamiento, en solo una hora de espectáculo. Y aprendes a hacer amigos pequeños. Nada mejor que caminar por la calle y que un niño te salude recordando que una vez actuaste para él. Supongo que algo parecido ha de pasarle a los maestros. . . . En mis momentos de mayor #depresion he tenido que salir a trabajar para los niños y difícilmente regrese triste a #casa. . . .

. . . El remedio para los nuestros problemas está, la mayoría de las veces ante nuestros ojos y no lo vemos. Hay que observar más a nuestro alrededor y en las cosas más simples, sencillas y comunes daremos respuesta a nuestras más complicadas situaciones diarias. . . . I would like to tell them about my experiences at children from the #Guiñol #Theater in Santa Clara, from #music and from life. . . . . . .

Working for #children is something special and complicated, because they have #sincerity without filters. I never thought I would find in them the #medicine I was looking for.

I arrived at the children's audience thanks to Lizandra Martín Martín and Leisy Diminguez, two actresses friends who, although today they are not in Cuba and I miss them greatly I will always thank you for having shown me the main tools to reach the heart of the little ones at home, and for What not, of the whole family (my friends are the ones who will see in the photo underneath). . . . That I knew that theater, music or any other approach aimed at them is extremely special and complicated, carries preparation, study, essays and hours and hours of work. . . . When a show does not like them, they get up and leave, that's easy. That is why when a show is prepared for them you have to place yourself on your skin and try to feel and think like them. With an hour of shows and interaction you can decipher how they live, under what circumstances their reasoning capacity, in just an hour of show. And you learn to make small friends. Nothing better than walking down the street and that a child greets you remembering that you once acted for him. I guess something similar has to happen to teachers. . . . .

In my moments of greatest depression I have to go to work for children and hardly return home sad. . . .
