Running 5km Challenge: July 22 2025
It’s been a while since I last checked my InBody… and I found out I’m transitioning from 'Overweight – Normal Type' to 'Overweight – Obese Type (C).' ~~In other words, I officially went from being a muscular pig to just a heavy pig.~~
오랜만에 측정해본 인바디... 과체중 일반형에서 과체중 비만형 (c)이 되어가는걸 확인했습니다. ~~다시말하자면 근육돼지에서 그냥 무거운 돼지가 되었단 말~~


Ahh, I can't believe it. I'm now just a ~~heavy~~ pig… nothing more. I’ve even hit my all-time highest weight.
아아 믿을수가 없습니다. 내가 이젠 그냥 ~~무겁기만한~~ 돼지라니... 몸무게도 역대 최고 무게를 갱신했습니다.

So! To snap myself out of this rotten mindset, I’ve decided to start a daily 5km running challenge—starting today! Day 1 begins now!
그래서! 썩어가는 정신과 마음을 다 잡기 위해서 오늘부터 매일 5km달리기 챌린지를 시작하려고 합니다! 오늘부터 1일!

Today’s pig-out log. Let’s eat in moderation and cut back on the booze...
