Lately, I’ve been putting off housework using “being busy” as an excuse, and now the recycling is piling up, the windows are foggy, and the air conditioner is still waiting for its summer cleaning.
I tried to be productive over the weekend, but things went slower than expected. I started by sorting and taking out all the recycling, then moved on to cleaning the air conditioner—but wow, that’s definitely not a job for just anyone.
While I was cleaning, I got so tired that I found myself thinking, “Newer air conditioners are supposed to be easier to clean… maybe I should just buy a new one.” But in the end, I pulled myself together and finished the job, thinking it would be a waste to replace something that’s still working perfectly fine.
바쁘다는 핑계로 요즘 집안일을 미뤄뒀더니 재활용 용품도 한가득 쌓여 있고, 창문은 뿌옇고... 여름맞이 에어컨 청소도 기다리고 있습니다.
주말을 맞이해서 열심히 해보려고 애를 쓰는데 일은 더딥니다. 먼저 재활용 쓰레기를 잔뜩 분리배출을 마치고 에어컨 청소를 시작해 봅니다만 에어컨 청소는 아무나 하는게 아니군요. ㅜㅜ
청소하다가 넘나 힘들어서 신형에어컨은 청소도 쉽다 던데 하는 생각에 에어컨을 새로 살까 하다가 그래도 멀쩡히 잘되는 걸 두고 새로 사는 건 낭비라는 생각에 마음을 잡고 청소를 마쳤습니다.
I tried out the new window cleaner I bought in Aliexpress. It doesn't get rid of all the grime, but it does a pretty good job overall—I'd say it was a successful first run. Looks like I'll be cleaning the windows more often now.
알리에서 새로 장만한 창문 청소기도 가동시켜봅니다. 후후 매우 깔끔하게 찌든 때 까지 없어지는 건 아니지만 나름 청소하는 흉내는 내는 것 같아서 나름 성공적인 개시였습니다. 창문을 자주 청소 해줘야겠네요.
By next weekend, I need to repot some plants, install the ceiling fan, and organize the storage room…
다음주말까진 화분 분갈이도 하고, 실링팬도 달아야하고 창고 정리도 해야 하겠습니다... 할일 많네 증말
