En la tarde de este jueves 30 de octubre se realizó en la Biblioteca Municipal de Nueva Gerona el espacio artístico literario "El Libro y el Verso" de Yasnovi Yépez con el escritor invitado Delfín Alvarez Almanza y un grupo de integrantes de 6to grado del CM Vietnam Heróico con lecturas de los alumnos: Reybel, Keytlin, Anabeysi, Anaily, Ainara, Alexia y Jossenny. Se presentaron además las estudiantes: Melany (SB Manuel Ascunce) Eilenis (SB José R Varona) Jennifer (Pre Celia Sánchez) y Christopher del Rio (DME)
En el encuentro, la técnica bibliotecaria María Antonia Quiñones realizó una interesante intervención de promoción a la obra del escritor Jack London con una muestra variada de sus títulos más reconocidos.
En esta ocasión no logramos recibir la visita de los niños de las EP Abel Santamaría y Manuel Alcolea como se tenía planificado para los meses de septiembre y octubre según el programa de actividades. Agradecemos atentamente a las directoras Yadira del CM Vietnam Heróico y Dailenis de la SB Manuel Ascunce por su paciente colaboración con el proyecto donde trabajaremos en conjunto para forjar nuevos retoños del Arte y la Literatura.
