My Actifit Report Card: January 27 2025 : A little bit of everything 2025 ~ENG - ESP

Hola a todos, el día de hoy fue literalmente completo, desde la mañana a la noche. Empecé con un entrenamiento como siempre de empuje enfocado al handstand y cualquier estatico parecido a ello, seguidamente tuve algunos momentos buenos para tomar algunas fotos con el estático y mejorar mi postura. >Hi everyone, today was literally a full day, from morning to night. I started with a push up workout as usual focusing on the handstand and any static similar to it, then had some good times to take some pictures with the static and improve my posture.

||| |-|-| Durante la tarde fui a realizar un trabajo de circuito cerrado, estuve algo complicado con el cableado al principio ya que no soy tan fan de la corriente, pero tarde o temprano uno debe arriesgar para aprender y mejorar. >During the afternoon I went to do some closed circuit work, I was a bit tricky with the wiring at the beginning as I am not so much a fan of current, but sooner or later one has to take a risk to learn and improve. ||| |-|-| Por último en la noche fui a jugar con unos amigos cerca de mi localidad, fue una noche apasionante de futbol, me fui con mi camisa identificada como Diaz Y con el número 6, fue bastante entretenido, logré marcar unos 2 goles y el resto de los partidos empates. >Finally in the evening I went to play with some friends near my town, it was an exciting night of football, I went with my shirt identified as Diaz Y with the number 6, it was quite entertaining, I managed to score about 2 goals and the rest of the games were draws.
