ㅤEstos ejercicios los realizo con enfoque a ganar resistencia en básicos. Además de ello permite superarme y verificar los cambios en mis distintas modalidades para probar mi resistencia y fuerza en los básicos.
ㅤI perform these exercises with a focus on gaining endurance in the basics. It also allows me to improve myself and verify the changes in my different modalities to test my endurance and strength in the basics.
