* **Consta de *4 ejercicios*** Este set completo llevará un descanso de unos 30 segundos por seria y 2min por ejercicio, con esto tendremos rendimiento y fuerza para realizar el siguiente set y los hombros resistan un poco más. Es bastante complicado para algunos como yo, pero sé que poco a poco lograran tener mayor resistencia y fuerza. --- > * **It consists of *4 exercises*** This complete set will take a rest of about 30 seconds per set and 2 minutes per exercise, with this we will have performance and strength to perform the next set and the shoulders resist a little more.
