Bienvenidos a todos y todas, cómo saben el día de hoy les vengo a compartir un set de empuje dónde enfocaremos a la plancha a un nivel básico intermedio, la verdad que es muy nuevo para mí pero mi dedicación y esfuerzo me ha dado frutos bastante positivos, junto a los consejos del resto que me han apoyado para mejorar. El día de hoy les comparto 3 ejercicios de plancha, sin más que agregar vamos con ello 😁.

* **Consta de *4 ejercicios*** Este set completo llevará un descanso de unos 30 segundos por seria y 2min por ejercicio, con esto tendremos rendimiento y fuerza para realizar el siguiente set y los hombros resistan un poco más.
