1. Negativa de hefesto asistido con ligas 🟡 Desde arriba en la barra, baja lentamente con control hasta extender los brazos por completo. La liga colocada desde arriba te ayudará a reducir el peso.

2. Negativas de hefesto + back lever ⬇️ Comienza en posición superior y desciende lentamente hacia back lever, manteniendo el cuerpo recto. La liga en la cintura te da asistencia.

3. Positivas de back lever a hefesto 🔺 Desde back lever, sube con fuerza hasta la posición de hefesto arriba de la barra. La liga te apoya en el impulso inicial.

4. Positivas de hefesto con liga 💪 Desde abajo (en posición de hefesto inferior), sube explosivamente ayudado por la liga en la cintura.
