Comenzamos con un estiramiento bien realizado, calentando los motores para preparar el cuerpo 🧘‍♂️🔥. Estiramos articulaciones: muñecas, hombros, y todo lo necesario para evitar lesiones y rendir al máximo.

We start with a good stretch, warming up to prepare the body. 🧘‍♂️🔥 We stretch our joints: wrists, shoulders, and everything else necessary to avoid injury and perform at our best.

Una vez listo, me dediqué a entrenar con la liga de resistencia 🏋️‍♂️. Realicé varias planchas y push-ups en diferentes variaciones, agregando plancha supina, maltés, prono y otras más. Me enfoqué en ejecutar cada movimiento con la mejor forma posible, manteniendo posiciones isométricas de entre 10 a 15 segundos con mucha concentración y control. 🕒💪 También incluí trabajo de front lever, tanto en push-ups como manteniendo posiciones estáticas buscando una ejecución lo más perfecta posible. Además, incorporé variaciones en supino, front lever abierto y front lever touch. ¡Fue un entrenamiento increíble! 🤩✨

Once ready, I started training with the resistance band. I did several planks and push-ups in different variations, adding supine, Maltese, prone, and others. I focused on executing each movement in the best possible way, maintaining isometric positions for 10 to 15 seconds with great concentration and control. 🕒💪 I also included front lever work, both in push-ups and by holding static positions, seeking the most perfect execution possible. In addition, I incorporated variations in supine, open front lever, and front lever touch. It was an incredible workout! 🤩✨
