Saludos estimados hivers-nautas. En el siguiente post, sin artificios efectivistas, les peopongo abordar un tema, fruto de mi corta y modesta experiencia personal, quizás, anubarrado por la difusa vertiente deslumbrante de Hive.
Es cierto que Hive se nos presenta como una red descentralizada, libre, democrática, de sobrias oportunidades, pero con resortes comunitarios que, no sólo la personalizan sino que le configuran una excepcional fortaleza, a partir de: La organización del contenido por afinidad. El fomento del apoyo mutuo. La creación de una identidad colectiva. El fortalecimiento de la descentralización, etc, etc... Todo eso es realidad, y mucho más, como es, ver satisfecho el viejo anhelo de poder generar ingresos, a través de nuestra creación literaria, que pudieran mitigar, muchas veces, la insolvencia económica padecida alguna vez, o casi siempre, como es el caso nuestro...
Pero en sus pasarelas digitales también se filtran sombras... Al menos eso percibo yo. Desde una mirada ética, el favoritismo, las alianzas invisibles, las recompensas concentradas, la curación cerrada, el sectarismo digital y el silenciamiento indirecto, pudieran estar ocasionando hendiduras en su coraza de credibilidad... Es decir, todas estas prácticas pudieran estar condicionando dinámicas excluyentes donde esta naturaleza de apoyo se convierte en moneda emocional, y no en justo reconocimiento ético o artístico a la creación literaria. Por lo que muchos autores, de probada calidad [que quede claro que no me incluyo], consagrados que, sistemáticamente, elaboran y promueven temas variados, interesantes, con mensajes de profundidad y peculiar estilo, reciben poco o ningún voto, sólo por no pertenecer a los círculos visibles. Y ésto puede generar frustración, cansancio o abandono de lo que una vez le significó ser prometedor, pasión eterna, esperanza, luz...
Aunque el elitismo [también narcisismo para mí] en muy escasas ocasiones se nombra, si puede ser sentido. Se percibe (al menos yo), como una especie de algoritmo diabólico afectivo, conjura virtual, o en el peor de los casos un oligopolio que decide quién merece ser visto y quién debe ser ignorado. Se muestran como “Ego-curadores”. Votan sólo sus propios posts o los de su círculo íntimo, ignorando el contenido valioso fuera de su burbuja. Pudiera, ésto, verse como envidia, pero no es así. Es una cuestión de ética, justicia... Un llamado a la dignidad que debe reinar en estos ámbitos...
Hive tiene el reconocimiento de ser un espacio ético y creativo, pero requiere vigilancia. Una manera que encuentro para sembrar conciencia...

Greetings, dear Hive users. In the following post, without any gimmicks or flashy techniques, I propose to address a topic, based on my limited and modest personal experience, perhaps overshadowed by the dazzling and somewhat overwhelming nature of Hive.
It is true that Hive presents itself as a decentralized, free, democratic network, offering simple opportunities, but with community dynamics that not only personalize it but also give it exceptional strength, based on: The organization of content by affinity. The promotion of mutual support. The creation of a collective identity. The strengthening of decentralization, etc., etc... All of that is a reality, and much more, such as seeing the fulfillment of the long-held desire to generate income through our literary creations, which could often mitigate the financial difficulties we have sometimes, or almost always, experienced, as is our case...
But shadows also creep into its digital platforms... At least that's what I perceive. From an ethical perspective, favoritism, invisible alliances, concentrated rewards, closed curation, digital sectarianism, and indirect silencing could be causing cracks in its facade of credibility... In other words, all these practices could be conditioning exclusionary dynamics where this type of support becomes an emotional currency, rather than a fair ethical or artistic recognition of literary creation. Therefore, many authors of proven quality [let it be clear that I am not including myself], established writers who systematically create and promote diverse, interesting topics with profound messages and a unique style, receive little or no support, simply because they don't belong to the visible circles. And this can lead to frustration, exhaustion, or abandonment of what once represented promise, eternal passion, hope, and light...
Although elitism [also narcissism for me] is rarely mentioned, it can certainly be felt. It is perceived (at least by me) as a kind of insidious, manipulative algorithm, a virtual conspiracy, or, in the worst case, an oligopoly that decides who deserves to be seen and who must remain silent. They act as "ego-curators." They only vote on their own posts or those of their inner circle, ignoring valuable content outside their bubble. This might be seen as envy, but it's not. It's a matter of ethics, of justice... A call for the dignity that should prevail in these spaces...
Hive has a reputation for being an ethical and creative space, but it requires vigilance. This is one way I find to raise awareness...
