Cumana, tourist potential (Eng/Esp) (Eng/Esp)

Tourism is one of the most important topics in countries that want to diversify their economy, as well as to make known the potential to develop, and reach a high global level status. In Venezuela this topic has grown in the last thirty years, however it has lagged a little behind.  The government of the state of Sucre and the mayor's office of the municipality of the same name have been doing exercises in this direction, with the support of the great majority of the citizens, and punctually of the communal councils, what is known in Venezuela as the organized community, proof of this is shown in the photograph, where the recovery of the perimeter avenue stands out, a repair approach was made, and a new denomination was given to it, coastal ribbon.  Even though by custom it is still called Perimetral Avenue, it should be clarified that the government renamed it Cacique Maragüey. The photo also shows the premiere of an allegorical monument to the state of Sucre, located on Carúpano Avenue in front of the residential complex Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho. In the Valentín Valiente parish.  The people of Sucre aspire that our beautiful city, and in general the state of Sucre become a tourist destination par excellence, despite some political decisions that do not favor this approach.  The gulf of Cariaco, which can be seen in the photograph is a gift from God to our beautiful land, which we must continue to value, as you can see, is a space for tourism diversity to carry out high-level projects. To see Cumaná with this beauty is to thank God for so much love.

El turismo es uno de los temas más importantes en países que quieren diversificar su economía, así como dar a conocer el potencial para desarrollarse, y alcanzar un estatus de alto nivel global. En Venezuela este tema se ha engordado en los últimos treinta años, sin embargo ha quedado un poco rezagado.  La gobernación del estado Sucre y la alcaldía del municipio con el mismo nombre vienen haciendo ejercicios en esta dirección, con apoyo de la gran mayoría de los ciudadanos, y puntualmente de los consejos comunales, lo que se conoce en Venezuela como la comunidad organizada, prueba de lo expresado lo muestro en la fotografía, donde se destaca la recuperación de la avenida perimetral, se le hizo un abordaje de reparación, y le hicieron una nueva denominación, cinta costera.  Aún cuando que por costumbre se le siga denominando avenida Perimetral, así mismo aclarar que el gobierno la paso a llamar Cacique Maragüey. También se aprecia en la fotografía el estreno de un monumento alegórico al estado Sucre, ubicado en la avenida Carúpano frente al conjunto residencial Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho. En la parroquia Valentín Valiente.  Los sucrenses aspiramos que nuestra hermosa ciudad, y en general el estado Sucre se conviertan en un destino turístico por excelencia, a pesar de algunas decisiones políticas que no favorecen este planteamiento.  El golfo de Cariaco, que se observa en la fotografía es un regalo de Dios a nuestra hermosa tierra, que debemos seguir valorando, que como se puede ver, es un espacio para la diversidad turística para llevar a cabo proyectos de alto nivel.
