El día de hoy fue bastante ajetreado, en la mañana salimos a hacer unas diligencias, fuimos al centro del pueblo a hacer unas compras, llovió durante toda la mañana, no pudimos terminar las diligencias ,tuvimos que esperar que escampara ; entre una cosa y otra se nos hicieron las 2 de la tarde y no habíamos hecho el almuerzo y ya de verdad había bastante hambre, jajajaja
Así que, decidí hacer un almuerzo súper rápido de preparar y que en casa nos gusta a todos; les muestro el menú de nuestro almuerzo familiar del día de hoy:

Lo primero que hice fue montar el agua para cocinar el espagueti; mientras el agua Iba calentándose puse a freír las mortadela porque no me gusta consumirlas así cruda, cuando el agua hirvió agregué la pasta, la sal, un poco de aceite, cuando estuvo al dente pasé por una coladora, agregué un poco de margarina, me gusta agregarle para evitar que se pegue la pasta.
