El día de hoy decidí preparar para nuestro almuerzo familiar una rica sopa de carne con vegetales y 🌽 maíz; mi hijo mayor estaba un poco indispuesto y nada más reconfortante que una calentita, deliciosa y saludable sopa; pero decidí prepararla no solamente para él, sino para todos en la familia; ya que a todos en casa nos gusta mucho la sopa; te muestro como la preparo:

Para 6 porciones:
400gr de carne 🥩 de res
3 kilos de verduras surtidas: ocumo blanco, yuca, auyama, yansil, plátano verde natural
1 cebolla 🧅
2 mazorca 🌽 de maíz
🧄
Ají 🫑
Cilantro
Caldo de pollo deshidratado
Sal

PROCEDIMIENTO
**
Lo primero que hice fue colocar suficiente agua en la olla, llevé a hervir y agregué la carne picada en trozos, la rama de cilantro, previamente bien lavada y la auyama cortada en trozo fino; porque me gusta que la auyama se deshaga completamente en la sopa y le dé ese hermoso color amarillo - naranja.
Mientras tanto iba lavando muy bien las verduras, retiré la cáscara, corté en trozo; por otro lado tomé un plátano, lo pasé por la parte gruesa del rallador y lo agregué a la sopa para que le dé espesor.
Luego incorporé la verdura, el maíz, el caldo de pollo deshidratado, la sal , cuando la verdura comenzó a hervir agregué los aliños cortados en trozos; cuando hago sopa es el único alimento al que no le añado ni una gota de aceite; los aliños simplemente los agrego picados en trozos para que desprendan allí el sabor; y para hacerla un poco más espesa todavía agregué un puñito de arroz, dejé hervir hasta que hubo ablandado la verdura, el arroz y la carne; retiré del fuego y dejé reposar.

PROCEDURE

Then I added the vegetables, the corn, the dehydrated chicken broth, the salt, when the vegetables began to boil I added the seasonings cut in pieces; when I make soup it is the only food to which I do not add even a drop of oil; the seasonings I simply add them chopped in pieces so that they release the flavor there; and to make it a little thicker I added a handful of rice, I let it boil until the vegetables, rice and meat had softened; I removed from the fire and let it rest.
