PROCEDIMIENTO

Después de lavar muy bien la papa y la zanahoria y retirar la cáscara, la paso por la parte gruesa del rallador; además de eso corté media cebolla en trocitos, añado cilantro picado finamente, sazono al gusto; luego incorporo los dos huevos y mezclo muy bien hasta que todo esté homogéneo .
Seguidamente en una sartén con aceite caliente se coloca la mezcla a fuego muy bajo se deja que se cocine, luego se voltea para que se cocine por el otro lado.
