Mientras el agua va hirviendo se lavan muy bien la salchicha, se cortan en pequeños trozos de aproximadamente 1 o 2 cm de grosor, cortamos la pasta de largo deseado y vamos introduciendo la pasta dentro de la salchicha así como se muestra en la imagen.
Una vez que el agua haya hervido se añade la salchicha con las pastas, un poco de sal, se deja cocinar hasta que esté al dente, se retira del fuego y se pasa por una coladora.
